The hotel was fairly large, and the meals were superb, I truly enjoyed the excellent and stunning location just off the city centre and Freedom Square. The room was nicely furnished and large, offered a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe.

I loved the value for money at this guest house. The room was clean and comfy, and the location was perfect. The staff treated me like royalty.
Food for breakfast could be improved, just a small thing though.

My room here had a super cozy bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud, a big TV with all the channels you could want 📺, A/C that I could adjust just how I liked it, and a safe for my valuables.

The central location was perfect, making it easy to get around town. Also, being a short walk from a metro station was super convenient. Our room was a standard double with a really high ceiling, which made it feel spacious and comfy at the same time! 🌟

I had such a wonderful stay at the guesthouse. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. The room was absolutely stunning, with high ceilings and beautiful decor that made me feel like I was in a luxurious French chateau. The host, Lusine, was incredibly welcoming and even allowed me to use the kitchen after check-out. The breakfast served was delicious and the facilities for making coffee and tea were much appreciated. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this guesthouse.

Exceptional. Don't waste time checking other places in Yerevan. I arrived 2 hours ahead of schedule; no problem. The hostess was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Perfectly located just off Republic Square. The room itself was perfect too. The guesthouse is on the ground floor in a small street. The curtains didn't really keep the sunlight out. The card machine wasn't working, so take cash just in case. I highly recommend this guesthouse for its exceptional service, perfect location, and comfortable rooms.

I felt like a gourmet chef with all the organic products from the farm nearby. The taste was so unique, I thought I was dining at a Michelin-star restaurant.
Oh, how I wish they had an on-site farm so I could pick my own veggies! Such a shame.

I loved the cozy feel of the room at Azoyan Guest House. The flat-screen TV with cable channels was a nice touch for relaxing after a long day exploring.
Personally, I found the air conditioning in the room to be a bit too cold for my liking.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
